I have sold many items since September first that a buyer did not leave
a feedback. I have yet to receive one automatic feedback. Anyone have an
idea why?

After 48 hours you can go to the resolution center and open an unpaid
item case. Then after 4 days you can close the case and relist the item.
Until the case closes, the buyer can pay
