BTW: do not charge less than the retail ship charge or you will lose
money every time you ship when ebay charges a fee on the money you
received for shipping. You need to check your statement, because it
sounds like you are unaware of a lot of hidden...
Ebay charges a percentage fee both on the item (the final value fee) and
on the shipping. If you are a seller, you should check your statement so
that you are aware of both charges. UPS does not set our ship fees (I
don't btw ship UPS - I ship USPS, ...

hours to make them money, because they can't be bothered to keep their
software up to date.
