How lazy has the world become?

I recently received a positive feedback that says "Thks".Not "Thanks" or "Thanks!" but "Thks".I guess my excellent service was not worthy of an additional 2 keystrokes.I guess i'm lucky to have received a positive feedback at all.

Buyer return I refunded but buyer recieved no return label

Is there a way to resend the buyer a return shipping label? They received notice of the refund part but no label to send my items back? Thank you

Shipping issues

I have always listed my items with flat rate shipping. I do not package them until they sell. Now the app won’t allow me to choose the shipping method or price unless I put in package size details. Please fix this
