Problem Accessing eBay Developer Account - Username Already Registered, Cannot Log In/Reset Password

I am experiencing issues accessing my eBay Developer account and require your assistance to resolve this.

My eBay Store Account Information:

• Username: gexxxxium
• Email: redacted

Problem Encountered:

I am trying to register for the eBay Developer Program to obtain a User Token for the eBay store mentioned above. However, when attempting to sign up, the system indicates that "This user has already registered."

When I try to log in to the eBay Developer system using the username "gexxxxium," the system states that the login information is incorrect. I then attempted to click "Forgot Password" and entered both the username "gexxxxium" and the email "redacted". However, the system sent the password reset code to a different email address, as shown in the attached image, which is not my email address.

Steps I Have Already Taken:

• Verified the accuracy of the username spelling.
• Tried using the username instead of the email to log in.
• Attempted to reset the password using both the username and the email, but the system sent the password reset code to a different email address, which is not my email address.

My Request:

I need to access the eBay Developer account associated with my eBay store to proceed with obtaining a User Token for developing an application related to the "gexxxxium" store. I kindly request your team to investigate the status of any Developer account that might be linked to the username "gexxxxium" or the email "redacted" and provide guidance on the steps to resolve this issue so that I can access the Developer account.

If no Developer account information is found associated with the above details, please advise on the correct procedure for new registration and how to link the new Developer account with my "gexxxxium" store to obtain a User Token.
