The support tickets page, https://developer.ebay.com/my/support/tickets, allowed me to purchase support hours and submit tickets. This service was invaluable for getting clear, direct answers to questions I had about the developer program and API calls. I don't see any way to purchase hours or submit tickets now. Has this service been removed? The AI assistant does not answer my questions sufficiently. Otherwise, is there a way to phone, email or any other way communicate directly with ebay developer program support?

I figured it out. You have to click 'AI-Assisted Support'. Ask AI the question using the form (not the chat). The AI provides a "Suggested Solution". Under that, there is a "Proceed to Create a Ticket" button. Click that, and the form for submitting a ticket is displayed.
