We have a business use for the API, and requested an increase that was denied. Not sure why as we are a longstanding good customer of the ebay service and have been using the production api successfully. What Im trying to say is our use is 100% in the best interest of ebay and they know our account very well so I am confused on why we would get denied. Anyone have similar experience and can point me into a direction?
