RuName (eBay Redirect URL name) Not allowing localhost as "auth accepted URL1"

Hello, I am Trying to create an app with this API, but I am unable to add localhost as the " auth accepted URL1"

in the RuName.

what can I do to allow localhost as the return URLs?  I need it for testing my app.
