I sold 3 limited edition CED dolls from the early 2000s that were $150+ each (which is a lot for me) all to the same buyer--but when I went to ship them, I couldn't ship them together because although the buyer has ONE address, her eBay name is slightly different for each order. She used 3 names to order these 3 dolls. Each of the 3 names has ZERO stars, ZERO feedback. You get the point. Who ever heard of such a thing?

I have this free return policy because I have to (I have an eBay store).  Now I'm scared this person is going to get these dolls, wreck 'em and return 'em. It's just fear. But you know that eBay usually sides with the buyer...

Of course the buyer is not answering my messages.

Sorry but I don't understand what the issue is. People can have multiple accounts, I do myself. If they have the same home address, maybe the buyer has another relative who also wants to purchase one of the dolls. Why does that matter to you?

I sell to zero FB buyers all the time. I sell both highly expensive and very low-priced items and have never been scammed, not once. I can count the few returns I've ever had over the years.  You wanted to sell your dolls and now you have. Try to remain positive that all will be fine. Best of luck to you....

Okay. I am going to try to see it that way. I really am.
I have not always had the same experience you have, unfortunately.
And eBay asked me to have the buyer to buy under one name, so I can ship them together. (Saving the buyer a ton of money).

I guess I was taken aback by the no feedback AND no response to my messages.
I will go with your advice.

I would find this cause for concern myself.  Not sure if there is an ulterior motive, or not.

Hopefully, you can get a reasonable explanation, from the buyer.

Good Luck.

I agree with what biggymoe said this is concerning. I personally would contact eBay immediately and explain your concern to them.

I FINALLY HEARD BACK FROM THE BUYER! Her explanation was that she was 82 years old. While I don’t think it’s a good explanation, it’s the one she gave me. I figured out a way to ship all 3 dolls to her together, and still refund part of her shipping. This was frustrating. I don’t understand why someone needs more than one account, but that’s just me (I’d like to hear reasons—really!) Thanks for your answers and support.
