Ebay going downhill?

Ive trying to contact someone a couple times about a purchase,maybe fraud. I only get a 201 # always sounds like the same person. After a couple minutes i get disconnected. Either he is a poor help represenative or it is a recording. It sounds like ebay is going down.

It is important to bring up service issues within the community. Both, so people now what to expect and so that we can work together to try to resolve the things we can.

It is ridiculous to have to PM eBay on social media to get their attention. What is even the point of having this eBay's own boards like this one?

If the ratio of venting posts compared to all other posts is an indicator then ya I would say eBay is going way downhill.

For the record I think eBay is going downhill.
