Baffling signature on scarf. Anyone know or guess?

Don't know if this scarf has any value at all. Can't work out what the signature  is. It's  just one of those things and starting  to drive me bonkers. Thanks for looking and if you don't know, please guess.

I can't read it either but... there are very few languages that use a tilde.  Spanish is one but there are others.

Thanks for trying. I still have no idea. Ran across it in a drawer again and thought I'd come see if anyone knew. Oh well, I may just list in anyway.

I don't think that's a tilde. The curve is opposite that of a tilde. I was thinking that was a stylized Cyrillic "B" (hard B, not the v sound of the "b").
