Trying to identify toy - spinning knife - makes sound when spinning

Hi - trying to figure out what this is 

It is a plastic knife attached to a wrist band that spins when press button on side. Also makes a weird sound as it spins 

On back it states 2007 Zizzle Disney - thanks in advance

Zizzle Pirates of the Caribbean At Worlds End Jack Sparrow's Spinning Dagger NEW.    I copied this title from one on ebay that is on the package.  I found it by searching zizzle disney.
