Unable to create a support ticket on Developer Technical Support

I have entered all the required details to create a ticket on Developer Technical Support and I have support enabled on my account as well but when I try to submit my ticket I get an error saying, 

Something went wrong. Please try again later.


This has been repeating for a long time, tried to create a ticket multiple times but the problem persists everytime i try to create a ticket.

I am not able to resolve this and this is affecting our business a lot.

Unable to create a support ticket on Developer Technical Support

Hi @cleoindia,

Please ensure your account is activated for support. Follow these steps to activate support:

  1. Go to the Profile & Contacts page.
  2. Click "Edit" in the Primary Contact section.
  3. Update your details if needed, then click "Save".
  4. Click "Edit" again.
  5. Click "Activate Support".

I am experiencing the same problem.

 

Cannot create a support ticket, getting the same error:

My developer account is already activated for support.
