I have recently purchased an integration module between my PrestaShop and eBay. Without going into too much detail, I’ve managed to connect the module to the eBay API in Sandbox mode. The problem arises when I try to import the legal policies (payment, fulfillment, return), as I’m unable to do so and I get the following error:
'eBay: User is not eligible for Business Policy.'
That’s when I tested the API directly, and upon making a request, I received the error shown in the attached screenshot.

I contacted the module’s support team (Webkul), and they advised me to reach out to you first in order to fix the permission/access issue so I can perform the tests in Sandbox mode.
