Here is another mystery I've found.
Scanned images of 406 plate number singles, on the reverse side opposite the plate number position is rubber stamped dates.
This is a mystery to me what a collector would want to do this. The dates are right and proper correspond with usage dates for this issue.
Comments anyone?
