This is a 1338G coil (1968) with extra but differing perfs. The middle perfs are the correct size 10 but the outer ones are more like 11.5. I know there are automated machines for coils, usually for bulk rate stuff, but don't know much about them. I do know that those don't cut more perforations (there's no point), they just slice them. I'd just call it a freak or fluke. This was in a batch of soakers and has probably been sitting in kiloware forever so I don't think it's an intentional fake. I'd just guess it's a freak or fluke.
