eBAY Technical Issue - Unable to Create New eBay Shipping Billing Agreement

My ebay shipping agreement was cancelled and I am unable to create a new shipping billing agreement via the ebay platform. I spoke to a representative and was made aware that there is a technical issue on eBay's end and their technical team is working to resolve this. I've filed this issue last week and have yet to receive an update and eBay is unable to help at this moment. I am hoping making the news public to the eBay community will bring awareness to users who are also experiencing the same problem and expedite this issue to be resolved by the technical team. 

The typical process to reinstate your ebay shipping billing agreement has been to print another shipping label. When you click Print a Label, there will be a prompt on the right hand corner where you can sign in with your paypal info and reinstate the agreement. 

However, in my case, the agreement was cancelled on paypal's end but it is not reflecting the update on eBay's end. It is showing that my contract is not cancelled and won't allow me to reinstate it with a prompt. Hence, the eBay technical team needs to either fix this issue or update their issue. 

If you are facing the same issue, call eBay and request that they escalate this issue to their technical team as they will pass you back and forth between paypal / ebay blaming each other for the error.

Having the same issue, ebay said it could take up to 90 days to get fixed! Garbage. I do all my shipping through ebay.

we have same problem.  It's a nightmare having to ship all the labels through Paypal.  Takes twice as long as through ebay. HELP !!!!!!

Count me in on this erroneous technical issue, I also have not been able to print a shipping label via ebay, these continued issues are unacceptable considering we the sellers pay for all the services that are provided by ebay, yet many techincal issues prevent us from utilizing ebay at full capacity, which clearly put us at a disadvantage, we want to sell not contantly call ebay,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Feeling utterly and completely abandoned by Ebay.  They have no problem collecting fees from me and yet ignore when I am in need.  With paypal shipping I have to use the old multi order shipping to combine orders, then a survey appears disclosing the old shipping platform will be discontinued soon.  Way to go ebay.   Good to know you got our backs.

Me too. It's Feb. 10th, and still not fixed. Did I read where someone said that they're estimating the end of the month before it will be fixed?

I had the same problem cause by Ebay customer service.  I called monday asking for help with an APO shipping label. Currently had no issues upto this point.  The rep had me cancel the billing agreement (I though only for this item).  Wasted 2 hours on the phone and was told they can't help me. I called back Thursday was told it was a bug and it would be 48-72 hours to fix. Called today and was told it maybe upto 90 days to fix.  Talked with many of my friends and none are having any issues.  Losing out on my 24% shipping discount and wasted 5 hours on the phone with ebay.

Is there any update on this issue? It is now 2/10/18 and last that I heard, eBay reps were just putting users who have been impacted on a list to estimate the population of users affected.  I call to get an update on this issue and there has not been a response from the technical team yet. 

Is there someone that we can escalate this issue to so that it can get prioritized on eBay's Technical Issue Fixes. Waiting a month for a resolution seems a bit excessive.

To reinstate your ebay shipping billing agreement, you will need to print another shipping label. When you click Print a Label, there will be a prompt on the right hand corner where you can sign in with your paypal info and reinstate the agreement.
