Hit the delete key when an autocomplete entry that you don't want is highlighted in the dropdown.
The image below is of the Selling Manager feedback dialog (where entries can not be deleted this way), but is included to demonstrate the highlighting idea that is the same for the regular eBay feedback dialog where hitting the delete key will remove the highlighted entry from the browser autocomplete history.
