Shipping & Payments Tab / Get Rates calculator reloads page

On the Shipping and Payments Tab where you enter QTY, COUNTRY & ZIP CODE and click "Get Rates" for multiple items...  The page just reloads, cannot see what shipping would be for multiple items.  Tried different multiple listings and tried  MS Edge, Chrome, Firefox & Opera browsers with same result.  Anyone else?.

Yes, agreed, still happening today. After get rates click u have to choose the shiping tab again to see the updated rates.  it should stay on the shipping tab like it always has. Need a fix.  This is an important buyer facing page that s broken!  emailed tech to make them aware.

The zipcode changes after reload but the QTY reverts back to 1, impossible to see how much shipping is for 2+ items if calculated by weight

Still broken. Cannot see rates for multiple qty items and now Discount promotion banners do not show on some promotion listings for the same exact promotion. Why does eBay keep breaking things that worked fine before and charge more for it

I'm having this same problem, it's been a few days now. Firefox and Edge. Frustrating for both buyers and sellers. Ebay, PLEASE FIX ASAP. Shouldn't be that hard - just change it back to the way it was since it WAS working fine...!

Problem is STILL occurring; phoned it in to eBay, AGAIN, along with other issues. eBay attitude = "COLOSSAL APATHY."

Apathy, plus no apparent negative consequence; only the squeaky hinges get oiled.

Reflects what eBay considers to be important. Stuff like letting a potential buyer know how much shipping would be so they can decide to purchase... That's not even worth devoting a single functioning neuron to.
