Problems with my Store

Hi,

sorry i'm new here and maybe that subject has been posted already.

 

But could be anyone so nice and have a look to my store? Because when i open the link to my store, i can't see no items and also no categories.

 

Am I the only one? Or do you all see nothing too?

I can see your items(132)  both in view other items and the store........I'm in US.......I see the same using the UK as delivery address.

 

When I change to ship to Indonesia, I get this message on shipping

 

This item will ship to Indonesia, but the seller has not specified shipping options. Contact the seller- opens in a new window or tab and request a shipping method to your location.

 

Using Indonesia as the ship to, I can see your items(160) from the view other items page, but only the  4 featured items in the store view......

 

So there is a discrepancy between the # of items "see other items" view between the countries (132 versus 160) and there is a different discrepancy between the store view in US and Indonesia.......(132 verus 4). 

 

I don't have the time to pursue a difference per item.......perhaps others can verify and take it further.

Well thanks a lot, that info is already a huge help.
For me it was just important that the store with items show up in the US & UK.

My little experiment, that Canadian seller's visibility issue, other seller's visibility issues, your issue, and pjcdn2005's comments lead me to believe that eBay changed something that is causing store and search visibility to a location go poof when an actual shipping service and cost are not specified to that location.

But only store visibility not search visibility in your case. Wild speculation that it has to do with the country. In that other thread, we were dealing with Canada, and I think that shipping and search behave differently when the US, UK, Canada, Germany, and other large European countries are involved than they do with the rest of the world.

Indonesia is one of the unspecified shipping locations (as dhbookds pointed out) and your store is empty wen you view it, but 160+ items should come up in search (looks like you have about 30 items that don't ship to US or UK but do ship to Indonesia and Thailand? (I only checked US, UK, Indonesia and Thailand).

In any case, not sure if this is a bug or intentional (but I think it is a bug since I can't think of any reason for it unless eBay is trying to force sellers to specify shipping costs and not make buyers ask. But then why only hide store items and not search. Bug.)

As you said, you have store visibility in US an UK (and search visibility everywhere I assume) so if that works for you then great. You can view your store if needed by changing your location to the US or the UK.

(see my post in the thread linked above for an example of the shipping setup that demonstrates what I think triggers it to happen and pjcdn2005's comment afterward)

Hi @berserkerplanet - this seems like a tech issue, there have been other reports and it's being worked on at the moment. I've gotten the OP added and hopefully we'll see this corrected quickly. Thanks!
