How to disable saved search emails when search doesn't show in my account

I suddenly started getting saved search emails every day for a search I created years ago and then deleted.  In the email there is a link for 'Disable emails for this search' but when I follow it, I get an error page on ebay.com:  'Input Error: There was an error in your input.'

When I look at the saved searches in my account, it does not appear, so I can't figure out how to stop these emails.

I've been getting ones for non-existent saved sellers for months.

Looks like instead of fixing that, they expanded it to saved searches!

I'm having the same problem.  Under My Ebay, on the left side, when I click on Saved Searches, it shows me 2 searches, neither of which is the one on which I'm getting daily emails.  It's very aggravating.  On my Mac, I can filter to the round file, but not on my iPhone.  I'd love to hear if anybody has found a fix.

I don't rely on eBay saved searches, so this is just a thought experiment:

If the daily email includes an actual live link to the search results, click on that.

On the search results page, there should be a heart next to the number of results found. A solid heart indicates a saved search; you should be able to click on it to unsave that search.

A heart outline indicates that the search is not currently saved. If you then save that search, you should be able to go to your saved search page and change communicaiton preferences.

Or, if things are not working correctly, you may have just created another zombie search that will result in more emails (if that's the case, I'm sorry).

Been there, done that. Still doesn't fix it, but thanks for trying.

Same here. and there is no way to send it to ebay support since they don't accept email support requests for this type of problem.

One more with the same problem.

I tried modifying the search and got it to show up in saved searches.   Then deleted.   However, the old search still showed up this morning.

Be nice for someone from Ebay to at least acknowledge they're working on it.

Agree, I hate to add a meetoo here but this is very frustrating.   You click one the link to disable the search and you get an input error.    Whats really odd is the searches were over 10 years ago, now they show up even though the search was deleted 10 years ago?

Glad to see I'm not the only one. I'd rather not block these in my email program because I won't get the searches I really want.

I'm having the same problem. I suddenly started getting emails from these saved searches I had disabled years ago. I deleted the searches and I'm still getting emails. I click the link to disable the search and I get the "input error" message. Is ebay even aware of this problem?

Not only am I getting an email for a Saved Search I deleted, I am getting like 14 of the same emails. The only course of action I can take is to block the emal by subject line filtering. I have tried reinstating the Saved Search and then removing but that does not work.

Not sure what is causing this. Glad this was a recent search and not one that was 10 years olds like some have stated.
