This has occurred for three days straight. Every other mailing label in bulk shipping will work except for Regional Rate Box A and B. It says dimensions required in red lettering, but will not allow the blank to be filled. For regional boxes, dimensions were never required before. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, do you know if it is something eBay is working on or is there something I can do on my end to fix it?

Try forcing a fresh page by clearing your browser's cache, and try again.

Same issue here. Clearing/changing browsers didn't work.

Alan -
2 errors going on here (One recent - Reginonal box - within the last week , the dim issue came about after last update)
I ran into the same issue this Tuesday and the problem is directly related to the Regional box(es) calling for dimensions (when they should not) and for a flat rate box/envelope/etc this is causing a circular error.
(There is also an odd behavior where all Priority Mail is asking for dimensions when it clearly states (and should only be needed) "if" a dimension is over 12" for Dim pricing
Clearing browser cache etc. Reopening.reloading, logging in or out will not correct.
Could you pass this along for review ?
Thanks!

Both the new label flow and the classic appeared to work fine when I went through the motions of individually printing another label for a couple of my already shipped orders (I have no pending shipments).
Both the new label flow bulk shipping and the classic flow also seemed to work just fine when I tried it for those two items (changed one from FCP to RegA and the other from PFRE to Reg A). Changed one to regular zoned PM and fiddled with the dimensions with no problem either.
Note that both of those items (and all my items no matter what the shipping service or packaging) already had dimensions in the listings. Wonder if that made a difference.
Would maybe switching to regular zoned PM (pr Parcel Select), adding dims there, and then switching back to Reg A do the trick for now? (or does that fail horribly also?)
If all else fails, the regular one-off label flows appear to work (unless they too fail for listings with no dims originally entered too)
I forgot to re-check this last night when I shipped my orders.......
"Would maybe switching to regular zoned PM (pr Parcel Select), adding dims there, and then switching back to Reg A do the trick for now? (or does that fail horribly also?)"
I did try that at the time I noticed the error - trying to "trick" the system into compliance but that did not work.
I did try a mock re-ship this morning on a single item and it (selecting box A) seemed to work ok. But obviously didn't actually create the label so cannot truly confirm that the transaction would have completed properly.
I am not sure how you were able to test the bulk label flow without pending packages but I trust your sssessment and will try it myself .......when I have a group to try later I will re-post my findings
Can anyone else confirm that it is now working properly? (Or try the suggested work-arounds?)

Still happening in the bulk shipping tool but.............
" Would maybe switching to regular zoned PM (pr Parcel Select), adding dims there, and then switching back to Reg A do the trick for now? (or does that fail horribly also?) "
The funny thing is that THIS does now work , switch to parcel select option put in a 1-2 pound weight (1st) add some random dimensions (make sure they are higher than 5 inches) and then change it back to box A , box b option - it will work this way.
And having the dimensions in the background (as you also suggested) from the listing I believe would also produce the same result. (Seems to be driven for that request instead of defaulting to "not required" as it should)
And yes I tried/tested single print 0ne-off label flow will also work because it automatically identifies the dimensions of the flat rate selection.
But again - a ton of messing around in bulk shipping if you are doing multiple packages and need to remember to do the hokey pokey just to make it work the way it should.
Once again - Great job to @berserkerplanet identifying the route cause of the error - why can't they (Ebay techs) get this?

Same issue again today - bulk shipping does not recognize Regional A or B boxes.
Shows as requires dimensions in red.
Work arounds do not work.
Would someone on the tech team please, please, please fit this?
Thank you!!

THANK YOU! Same problem here with Regional Rate A and the workaround of selecting another service and entering the sizes there then switching back to Rate A box worked great!!!! Thanks a bunch! Was driving me crazy! Kim

Thanks! Glad to hear that the method worked but can't exactly take credit - @berserkerplanet suggested that that might work as a workaround and it does and will.
Shame that we have to "fool" the system just to get it to work - but like everything else here it just takes some thought and time to understand where the issues lies.
Those still having problems can feel free to message me and we can do a walk through until they fix it.

Can you review this thread and the issues with using the Flat Rate regional boxes.
The system is still calling for dimensions when you try to use (specifically twice today ) the flat rate regional box A. (But will not allow you to enter any dimensions)
Still having to use the work around that @berserkerplanet suggested.
You have to switch to parcel select, choose a weight higher than 1 lb + (beyond first class) then add random dimensions
AND then switch the option back to the regional box in order to use that option.
It should not be calling out for dimensions and will not allow you to enter any unless you use the work around
Thanks!

Hi @toomstoys & @teknix-solutions! This is a known issue. Our techs are looking into the matter and it's on the road map to fix in the future. The issue is only present when using the bulk label tool; printing labels individually will work fine.

it's on the road map to fix in the future.
One has to wonder if Ebay Techs know how many packages sellers mail this time of year.........and what vital "fix" takes precedence......

This does solve the issue but it turns bulk shipping into more trouble than it's worth. I will just stick to printing one at a time for now. Thank you for the help.
