5 items sold all showing as unsold, I can’t see the buyer to contact them or see if they have paid - no eBay telephone support after 5 pm really not good enough.
This happened to us and Ebay support had us do this, "Kindly go to your unsold Item and click on the title of the item click on Bids and once your on the Bid page refresh the page and the item will go to your sold ." That worked and our buyer was notified to pay. They told us it was a know issue
