Purchase problem

To the community of eBay,

On November 9, 2021, I bought five silicone sports bands straps, but I did not receive them until today, and the seller has been delisted from eBay.

The seller put on November 9 in the eBay system that I would receive the product on April 6, 2022, but I did not receive the product. I tried to contact the seller, but I already knew that he had been delisted.

Somebody can tell me what I can do now. To begin a claim, I put the product number, but eBay does not recognize it...................................................................

You received them way late but what's your claim for?  If the seller has been banned, doubt there is much you can do

I would ask the same, what is the claim for?  If you paid for the item in November, there is no recourse 7 months later.

The claim was because seller gave me that date, but I know today that products from china do not take that long.

Here's the way it works.  Items purchased from China usually take longer.

You saw an estimated delivery date in the listing.  If that date was too far out, you probably should not have made the purchase.  By purchasing, you signified that you were willing to wait.

You needed to open an item not received case within 30 days after that date if you had not received it by then.

That's the reason because I do not buy at ebay since that bad experience.
