I just wanted to voice my concerns with an experience I had with @tuvshoo . Last summer I placed on order for English football match programmes. I was really excited about this after my club had a historically successful season. @tuvshoo was very kind in their messages and made me feel like they were doing their best to fulfill my order. Multiple excuses were given after the 30 day mark for why the order hadn't shipped until eventually they stopped responding to my inquiries. I live in the States and have never had issues placing and receiving orders with eBay sellers across the globe. I really wish this worked out as @tuvshoo has ZERO neutral or negative feedback and sells lots of items I am interested in. Maybe my experience of being ghosted and unable to leave negative feedback as the window had closed is how they have such stellar ratings. I wonder if anyone else has had similar issues?
