I have shipped the wrong Item to the wrong person  what can I do to get it shipped back  I have sold the Item that I sent to the wrong buyer ?

All you can do is provide a return shipping label from the buyer. Or PP her the funds to purchase that label.

Has the package been delivered yet and what was the value @kenhollabaug_0?

• USPS charges approx $15 for a successful package recall. If that's worth it to you then you can file the request.
• You can ask the buyer to mark the package REFUSED RETURN TO SENDER upon delivery. They can give the package back to their PO or leave it in their mailbox for carrier pickup.
• You can send a prepaid shipping label to the buyer so they can ship it back.

Unless you do a package recall, which isn't always successful, there is no way to force the situation. Communicating with your buyer is a must.

Use USPS Package Intercept if it hasn't  been delivered yet.

Ask the person if they will return it. You provide a paid label.  If there is still time, see if the shipper can recall it. Be sure to let the person know it was the wrong item so they don't get all worried.   Some really start to squirm.   Keep in mind you can't force them to return it so try to keep them happy.
