eBay thinks I used their label to send a package, but I shipped from Post office with my own label

I sold something advertised as Priority Mail Small Box and took it to the Post Office with my own label.  Got home and thought I was going to the "input shipping info" screen, but it seems I went to the "print shipping label" screen, and now I can't figure out how to enter the tracking info into the order.

I did message the buyer with the tracking info, but:

A) How do I enter this info into eBay

B) How to I not get charged by eBay for the shipping label?

I am also concerned that they will see the label they created (which I can't seem to access) hasn't been used and think I didn't mail the item.

Thank you for the help.

You can void an unused eBay postage label up to 5 days after purchase.

@lurker2000

Go to your shipping label page and void the unused shipping label.

Under your shipped items, click the drop down menu next to the item and see if you can update the tracking number there.

Have a great day.

I don't see it there.  I did look there immediately upon getting home from the post office and it wouldn't take my tracking info so I searched there.

Still isn't there, but now it IS letting me enter tracking info.

Weird, but good news, right?

Thanks for your help.  Now I just bite my nails until it gets there.

Thank you.  I'll keep an eye on this, too.

You'll be able to add your PO-purchased tracking to the order, but you won't be able to remove the eBay-purchased number from the order. It will just sit there.

In order to get a refund for that extra label you'll have to follow the link posted above.

For the future you might consider buying your postage online because for most services it's a cost savings compared to the PO. Is there a reason you prefer to purchase at the PO?

I went to my eBay shipping labels and can't find it in there, so maybe it was just a glitch that wouldn't allow me to enter my tracking info?

Why do I do it at the PO?  Good question.  I am something of a luddite and I know how to do it that way and the PO is nearby and I've never done it that way.  Kind of a creature of habit, and the pricing isn't much different.  I have a bunch of things to sell right now (20 or so?) but then I will be done, so it's not like this really takes a whole lot of my time.
