I received a package for a customer that does not reside at this address. It is not the first time this has happened. The label has the order number and the ebay return ID. Should I just keep the package. Return it.
How do I notify ebay of a customer using a wrong address?

You can bring it to the Post Office and inform them the person doesnt live at your address and you want the package returned to sender, this way the ebay seller can get their item back incase the buyer claims they never got it and demands a refund.
No point in contacting ebay as they wont be able to do much about it!

It's a RETURN label @njtoyreseller
where the seller is using the OP
as a random return address.
So "returned to sender"
won't ensure "the ebay seller can get their item back"
as instead that just gets the buyer's return package to go back to the buyer.
