Thank you all for the advice! I ended up refunding them minus the cost
for me to ship. I then added them to my blocked list incase they try to
repurchase it once its been relisted.

If I had, UPS wouldn't have been the cheapest option and would have went
with USPS instead. As for the the box, they seemed to only charge the
additional fee for seasonal demand...
Both were shipped UPS Ground. Package #1 was 2 pounds and 37x3x3
shipping tube. I was charged $12.95 extra for shipping a tube, and then

Highly unlikely! USPS has always raised their shipping rates during the
holiday season, and mainly due to the increase of people shipping items.
More packages means more work which costs more money!
