It was misrouted. It happens. Eventually you will get it or else, after the estimated delivery date has passed, you can get a refund.

I thought it was hilarious when a package of mine to CA went to Utah, then back to NY then finally to CA. Switzerland is next level bad. Hope it turns up OK! Oh and somewhere in Utah there is a postal facility simply called "unknown" weird.

Your item got stuck in a Mail sack or a big bin. Then someone decided to use that sack or bin for items going to switzerland. No one noticed that there was an item already in the sack or bin. Eventually you will get it. Please do not open an item not received case yet. The poor seller is not responsible and should not lose his funds. I am sure that your box will arrive eventually. Keep us posted.

The buyer/OP only has 30 days from the estimated delivery date to file an item not received claim.
The buyer needs to be aware of that date and keep track as this is not the buyers fault either.

It will be a cool cancellation mark on the package.

i know i have to wait. the international tracker says its already back in mexico. the ESTIMATE is 11 days to delivery. i will give it a full month, once that month passes after the 11 days i will open an item not recieved claim.

I think it should be resolved before that. Plus, it's not lost; it's misdirected, but everyone can see where it is. Stuff happens, but it will get where it's supposed go.
My own Most-Misdirected Award goes to a package of mine that went from Chicago to Los Angeles by way of Reykjavik, Iceland. It took a few extra days to get where it was supposed to go, but tracking followed it every step of the way.

Hopefully the package had a good time, took lots of photographs, and brings you back a few souvenirs from all the foreign countries it visited.

That looks like the Norad nuclear strike map scenario in the 1980s film Wargames.
