why USPS small flat rate box option for printing label is missing?

USPS small flat rate box is not available to print label for. There is medium, large box and 2 regional boxes but not small . Plus some other envelopes
Why small flat rate box is gone? It used to be available but not anymore.

That option disappears if the dimensions you have for your item are larger than the small box . Try putting in the dimensions of the small box and it should pop up.

I'm missing Medium Flat Rate Box too and I changed the dimensions and that did not work.

I couldn't get it with changing dimensions but I was able to use the dropdown menu to select what I wanted.

Choose the Carrier Packaging box.  Then all the flat rate boxes and items show up.  They dont show it unless you choose that box.

I have had the same problem with the USPS flat rate boxes not showing up in the New Label format.  I have called eBay and they sent me a link to the old classic shipping and I was able to print out the package.  I have found that if you remove the new_label in (https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/new_label?transId=) and substitute back_to_classic (https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/back_to_classic?transId=) the classic shipping will show all the shipping options and you can print the label.

I have another solution as this is also affecting listings right now and the ability actually to purchase which I posted about elsewhere- I was forced to convert my small flat rate listings to Reg Priority . I finally was able to access the small flat rate box in label system by REMOVING any dimension or not trying to put the actual flat rate rounded up dimension this was the only way it would appear, otherwise even with the true dimension it is blocked and the flat rates werent populating on their own for me at all under the flat rate section of carrier packaging - Very frustrating I  I have requested they add a note about this on the label page or better clarify it so that sellers dont have to bang their heads against the computer trying to figure this out and/or resort to boards as some reps dont get the glitch.

Oh this latest glitch is absolute **bleep**.

I was just starting to bang my head on the desk over a the padded flat rate envelope option not showing up on the shipping screen. Found this post and tried shrinking the dimensions and got it to show up.

With my free shipping listings I don't fuss too hard on the dimensions - I had selected padded flat rate as the free shipping method, but the dimensions (15x12x4) were more than the latest "improvements" could handle when I went to print the label.

Nope, they don't read them, nor do they read the 'tell us what you think' portion, as I've submitted something in with that. 

Will try removing the dimensions, however, I haven't been able to find either 'priority mail flat rate envelope' nor 'priority mail padded flat rate envelope' for days now 

If anyone can easily access those, please share with me how to do so! Thank you!
