Hello I been selling for years but never ran into someone waiting return. I sell Risograph machine parts. The clutch they bought is to work for their machine. Turns out that machine take 2 different clutches. I learn something everyday. I have no problem with them returning the part. My listing said buyer pays to return part. My question is do I return the money for postage they paid me?? Do I give 50% off postage back?? I don't just don't know. I called ebay and they was no help. Also in future listings what do I need to add if I was to get a return again. Do I do a restock fee?? Any help with be nice. Thanks

EBay no longer permits a restocking fee.
You should read the ebay money back guarantee which will provide you with some guidance.
What you should do depends on the reason the buyer gives opening a return request.

It sounds to me that your listing said that the clutch would work for their machine, but it does not. Thus, this qualifies for a Money Back Guarantee claim ... a Money Back Guarantee claim overrides any return policies that you may have.
If the buyer opens up a return with a "Not as Described" reason, such as "wrong part sent", then you (a) must pay for return postage and (b) must refund original purchase price and all original postage/handling paid by the buyer. You cannot charge a restocking fee.
