I am an avid combiner of sales........ I have many international customers who will end up wth 10-15 items
I always combine shipping and I can easily ship 10 watches in a 5 inch cube box
when I go to use ebay shipping it say customs can only support 5 items
many times I just go to paypal shipnow and enter 1 box of watches in the customs field
I guess my qeustion is.how do others ship a bunch of items and deal with custom forms on ebay?
I am in MP so manipulating paypal like I used to do is no longer an option but I still use shipnow with paypal

If you are using eBay labels for your shipping, you have a button to click on to add more items to the list. I'm also in MP.
As you can see in the photo I have added 7 more lines for input. They have a banner above the form that states that the form supports a maximum of 5 items, but I already had 2 items on the form and then added 7 items as "widget". Looks like it works, maybe.
Maybe you can take a look at your own shipping labels to give it a try. It might not work, but it might. It could be that the form only displays the first 4 items, but electronically the customs office may be able to access the digital version that includes all the extra items that you put on there. ???

They can only support 5 line-items on the form, but you can still group collectively. I typically write something generic such as "used bicycle parts" rather than itemizing every axle bushing and brake shoe. As long as you're generally identifying what's in there, five line items should be enough to cover things.

USPS says you are supposed to use another form
Block 2: Enter a detailed description of each item — e.g., “men’s
cotton shirts.” General descriptions — e.g., “samples,” “food
products,” or “toiletries” — are not acceptable. If there is insufficient
space on the form to list all items, use additional forms as needed

I never really tried to just fill out the 5 items.I think I have but I really like just 1 item mentioned
I have tried to erase other items before and had no luck.thanks for the tip

What I would do...
Save the label
Copy the label to paint or use an adobe editing software if available
Edit the item section
Write continuation or something to that effect on it
Print out that label and the one your created originally
Include both in a USPS plastic address pouch (Form 2976 ES) and stick it on the box, with the original label facing out.
I've made those pouches out of ziploc bag before many times and it always worked, btw.

Use bundling on the customs form.
Don't bundle very different items. (Five watches-good. Assorted things-bad.)
Make a packing slip easily available to the customs agent.

This approach will not work. It will allow you to add more items, but if there are more than 5, the next step in the process is not available (the button is greyed out) until you remove enough items to get back to 5.

There's an x right there to delete an item.
I sell 10 items to Europe and the customs form warns me there's too many lines. 10 items
with a variety of prices on each line.
I delete 9 lines and combine all into 1 line. One line with 10 items and change the dollar amount
to reflect an accurate total.
Easy-peasy and never had anybody with USPS or wherever complain.

If it's 10 watches then just put Watches and quanity 10 and the total value

Dude, you ARE a Rockstar! This problem has plagued me for years, couldn't figure out how to ship more than 5, couldn't do it on ebay, paypal, the usps website or in person even as taxes that had already paid would be charged to buyer. This way was so simple and so easy! THANK YOU!
