I have a customer outside of the US who has bought some items and paid
for them.They are now requesting tracking, which means an additional $12
in cost to me. How can I recover that from the buyer? (They are OK with

This approach will not work. It will allow you to add more items, but if
there are more than 5, the next step in the process is not available
(the button is greyed out) until you remove enough items to get back to
5.
