what is the current return policy? 2 weeks or 30 days?

quick questions about returns in our listings. 2 weeks return still available for returns?

Have they changed the policy to 30 days to return? One more thing? are all the returns 

now free? Been off Ebay for 6 months. I'm almost afraid to list after reading about all the changes.

Seller picks their own return policy.  We offer 14 day no hassle returns and buyer pays return shipping.  eBay is encouraging a 30 day return hassle free return policy  If the reason for the return  is item is for Item Not As Described the buyer has 30 days after receipt to return and the seller pays return shipping

New policies were announced in the Spring Seller Update.  Some go into effect in May (i.e., tomorrow); others in June.  Here's the summary:

@John...Simplified Returns showing The Five return policy options will be:
1) no returns accepted
2) 30day-buyer-paid returns
3) 30-day free returns
4) 60-day buyer-paid returns
5) 60-day free returns

you saying: 14 day is still available? that was my old return policy
was 14 days. Restocking fees will no longer be a return option.

As of tomorrow there are new rules for return policies.  One of those rules is there will not be a 14 day policy available.  Sorry!

We also can no longer charge restocking fees.

TRS status does not have a returns requirement.

If you are a TRS, then getting the TR-Plus badge on your listings (and the 10% FVF credit) now requires that you offer 30-day FREE returns.

It has nothing to do with TRS status and everything to do with the Spring Seller Update.  Sometime this month whether you change your return policy or not, Ebay will change it for you to 30 days.

Mine still say 14 days, but I will keep checking daily to see if and when eBay automatically changes it to 30 days.

It will change before the month is over.  Ebay just needs time to roll in the changes.
