Re: upset

If its at least 1 day past the last estimated delivery date, but not more then 30 days, you can open a INR case if you haven't received your items. You will be refunded. I'm in the U.S., YMMV.

Re: upset

If you paid via Paypal, you can open an INR (item not received) claim for up to 180 days after the purchase date. You'll get a refund if the seller cannot prove delivery.

If you paid with a credit card, contact your credit card company to obtain a refund.

Don't buy again from the same seller.

Re: upset

You should be upset -- with yourself.  Ebay's Money Back Guarantee is available for the reading in every eBay listing.  It explains exactly what action to take if and when a transaction goes wrong., but it's the buyer's responsibility to read it.  You had 30 days per eBay to open an item not received case.  I assume that deadline has expired.

If you paid with Paypal, you have 180 days to open a case with Paypal.  Go there and do that now.

And please do yourself a favor and read the MBG so that you will know what to do if a transaction goes wrong.

Re: upset

Are you unaware of your time frames you have to make claims about an eBay transaction?
