A package was supposed to arrive the beginning of Nov. When I look at the tracking it still says "in transit." Tracking on USPS site has an ALERT:
"Your item was forwarded to a different address at 9:36 am on November 1, 2017 in COLLEGE PARK, MD. This was because of forwarding instructions or because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect."
I went to the post office, and they produced information from their database that shows I do not have forwarding on my address. I also am 99% sure the seller would just use the address from eBay as a printout (they are a big enough seller), so I know the zip code or address was not incorrect.
What can I do about this?
