two tracking numbers put on one item in error. How can I void out one

There were two tracking numbers put on one item in error. How can I void out one of them so I’m not charged twice?

You make it sound as if you bought two shipping labels. Affix one to the package to mail, go to Seller Hub/Orders/Labels, find the label with the tracking number you won't use. Beside that label, tick the drop-down menu and 'Void' the label. Confirm, submit. Know that it takes about 3 weeks to see the refund for the label.

I believe the item was listed twice without me knowing it.  Plus I must of made two shipping labels because it does show two different numbers, but I also see duplicate orders (2).  If I delete one of the listed orders (which has two shipping #'s) then,  the one order that remains I think will also be voided.  Not sure.  I don't want to try it since the package has already gone out.  Any other thoughts ?

It shows up as a multiple shipment when it's not.
