throwback thursday

So when. way back. i started on ebay. very very convinient. buy - sell more.

well, it has changed.

list item. pay only *4% commish, shipping was cheap. shopping was not commissioned. buyers could get negative feedbacks. buyers were not allowed to keep anything. this was something.

now what. this place is pathetic. no improvements.

just predatory bis. practices.

ask me ebay, how can you improve.

you can stop biting the hand that feeds you.

Yes, the good old days: pay to list every item; pay higher listing fee for a higher starting price; pay for photos; hope your buyer's check doesn't bounce; buyers, hope that your sell actually sends you the item; be afraid to leave negative feedback for a scammer, because they can neg you right back.

On eBay or in real life, the "good old days" were never as good as people remember.

Re: throwback thursday

um, i disagree.
pay to list, yes not flood ebay, well you know.
pay for photos, only if ebay hosts.
check bounce, ok it bounces, thats worse than a charge back or hold on funds,
yes really ebay now has gotten rid of scammers.

LUXI..

In general, I agree with you.  There are now so many rules that  allow buyers to cheat  good Sellers.       I don't know how much longer,  most Smiley Surprised medium-sized sellers  will  be  able to survive.
