i had a item for sale and the buyer was to pay shipping ,,, and it has been charged to me and i have already paid for the label before i seen that it was charging me for shipping

When the buyer paid, he/she paid the price of the item, the shipping cost and the state sales tax, if any.  You, the seller, used the shipping money that the buyer paid to you to pay for the label that you bought to mail the package to the buyer.

The buyer DID pay for shipping, it was included in their payment to you.

You use that money to pay for the shipping, since the buyer can't print a shipping label to them self.............LOL
