shipping question

When selling and entering the shipping information, I choose USPS Flat Rate box.  Do I still need to put the weight and the dimensions of the box in the areas below?  Putting in the weight isn't a problem but I have had difficulty putting the dimensions of the box in.  I can't enter the decimal point.  For example, I can put "12" in but not "12.2" of the standard Flat rate box.  So, I enter "13" instead for example.  I don't know if this is just for International shipping purposes.  But if I choose USPS Flat rate shipping, can I leave the dimensions of the box and the weight blank?  Thanks

Re: shipping question

No you do not have to put in the dimensions on a flat rate box just select the size..small, med, large. Remember.." If it fits, it ships"!

Re: shipping question

If I choose a flat rate box at the top of the shipping options and then offer the sale worldwide and choose the Ebay International shipping option, do I then need to add the weight/dimensions?  Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions.  The whole shipping thing was a big boogy man in my head.  It's becoming a little less intimidating.  Take care.
