You have to Void that label and purchase a correct one. You can void an unused eBay postage label up to 5 days after purchase.

I read somewher that i have to have the buyer cancel and do it over again but this seems a little extreme to me please advice
If I'm reading this correctly @dapin-7212, you offered Free Shipping on the listing for the chlorine tablets because eBay auto-filled an estimated shipping method based on a 3 oz weight.
Now that someone purchased the item, you realize the error you made regarding shipping so you want to find out how to charge the buyer for the difference.
The short answer is that you can either accept the loss and pay shipping as your listing advertised, or you can cancel the sale as out of stock and get a serious defect on your account.
You can't charge a buyer additional for shipping after a sale is made.

I in no way was asking how i could charge the buyer . The problem is the label is charging me $3 for .3 oz i need the label to charge me $34 for 11 lbs so that the package has correct label with enough shipping cost attached. Buyer is eager to get this mailed out but without label what do i do

Just select "print another label" with the right weight and ship it out. You can void the old label like they said above.
Message your buyer telling them to ignore the first tracking number.

Your listing was set up with First Class shipping, and (maybe) you selected 'Envelope' instead of 'Package'.
When you create your new 'Package' label, tick on the hot 'Compare all services' drop-down menu to your lower left. You can add the proper weight and dimensions and purchase the new label. Good luck.

$3 for 3 ounces is a package price. The new label can be purchase with the actual dimensions and weight (11 pounds).

Thanks for clarifying @dapin-7212 - your initial post was a little confusing and I wanted to make sure the bases were covered.
On the label page enter the correct weight and dimensions for the package, then choose the service you want to use to ship. If you're getting stuck on that page, let us know where/how or you can post a screenshot.

Um you cant change the shipping information once the item has been sold. Sure, you can print all the original labels you want but you can not change the weight, size, carrier or address.

You cannot change the listing itself, but you can change any or all of those things on the label preparation form. Click on "print another label."
