shipping from old address even though I seemingly changed it

Hey does anyone know how to change shipping label "shipping from address" (as a seller ,before purchasing  shipping label) for some reason even though it says one address (the one i changed it to,before shipping) it still says my old address on the shipping label once i print it, I cant find the setting im looking for to change "change old shipping address, on shipping label address"?

If you changed your address on your settings, your label will have the new address on the 'return address'.  It doesn't show on the listings, however, it will still show 'ships from' as your old city.  I moved almost 3 years ago and that's how it has worked for me.

Even though you changed your address in you address preferences, the first label you print you need to edit the address on the create label page, just before printing the label.  Look for the edit/change option near you ship from address when creating the label.

There should be a box on the upper right side where you can edit your return address label before printing.
