shipping calculator quit working

It has been working fine for months, then over the weekend it quit working and instead of auto populating a fee, it has a link to calculate and it gives an error regardless of zip code entered. I know fees went up, is Ebay having issues adjusting the tool?

I called on the same issue today.  It was occurring on a good portion of my listings.   What I found out from eBay is that this is only occurring on my listings that are offering first class postage And listed at 16 ounces.  They said the post office is no longer allowing first class for items over 13 ounces.  Once I changed all of my first class listings from 16 ounces to 13 ounces OR moved them to priority mail the calculators worked fine.  

However I haven’t seen any other official post explaining the “new” 13 ounce weight limit??
