in my case, the seller included three items in the bundle description. When I got the package, one item is missing. I asked the seller for it. The seller claimed that he/she put "No" under the custom bundle. I then noticed that there is indeed a "no" there in the standard ebay selling form. But again, the 3 items were clearly listed in the bundle description, and there is nowhere in the text that the seller mentioned that one of the item is not included in the bundle.
After several rounds of message dispute, there is no resolution, the seller claimed that I misunderstood his/her post.
I am thinking filing an "item not as described" case via Ebay. I never filed a case before, what is the chance that I can win the case? As a frequent buyer, and occastional seller, I value and am very generous with positive feedback and ratings.
