in my case, the seller included three items in the bundle description. When I got the package, one item is missing. I asked the seller for it. The seller claimed that he/she put "No" under the custom bundle. I then noticed that there is indeed a "no"...

I created a return, approved by eBay. Ebay says the seller will send me a return label. But the seller hasn’t responded for days, and did not reply to my messages. Should I wait or should I mail my return directly without the label? Thanks
