I bought a product and never received the item and when I  contacted the seller, the latter told me that he would send me back the products and that I should wait for 2 weeks. It has already been more than 2 weeks and still I didn`t get anything. The case has also got automatically closed. What should I do ?

If the case is closed in eBay, you'll have to open a item not received case in PayPal. This time, don't listen to your seller and just say "you want a refund".
