returning item that I paid for but isn't shipped

So I purchased this item. Hasn't shipped in a few days. Then I made a return request cause the seller hasn't responded to any of my emails about a refund. Now eBay has messaged me with this. Im gonna take names and other info out for the privacy of the seller.

What am I suppose to do? I'm only trying get a refund on a item that didn't ship. Only purchased

you opened the wrong case and can not open another

You can not know if seller shipped or not as Sellers are not required to mark as shipped,use tracking or communicate just ship as described(it's good business but not required...).Then If the estimated delivery date passes w no item (and tracking does not show delivery) then file for non receipt refund w buyer protection within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date thru resolution center(bottom of page),ask seller link in listing or drop down next to item in your purchase history.You must ask ebay to step in after date shown in case or case will close unresolved after 30 days

If it's how you paid, open a dispute for Item Not Received right away at PayPal. Doing that will cancel your return request mistake at eBay.

Go back to that page and click Escalate to PayPal as soon as it's allowed. Then wait either for your item to arrive, or for your refund.
