i ordered anderson split arm operator (left hand) on sep 10, 2018 it is alredy shipped but till now i hasn't delivered.

so i asked for return and refund 4 days ago and ebay replied with i have to ship the item back in order to refud

the problem is i didn't get the item in order to return.

Why did you open a return case when you never received the item?

  You should have opened a case for ITEM NOT RECEIVED.

   Since eBay has ruled on the case, you can't open another one.

  Now, you need to go to PayPal and open the CORRECT case there.
