Your seller does not need to refund the item until after they receive it and have time to inspect it.  Your refund should happen within 3 days of the seller receiving the item back.

Check the tracking on the package to see if the seller has received the package yet.

Ok, thanks for the reply. In return details item specified: "In order to receive a refund, you need to send this item back to the seller by Sep 26, 2018. If you don't, we might close your return and you may not receive a refund."
Now status item not updated to "Item shipped".
26 sep Ebay close my return and seller get money and item?
Current USPS status "In transit".

It means exactly what it says.  You had a certain amount of time to get the item shipped back, if you didn't meet that requirement, they could close the case for lack of compliance.

Now it shows that you have shipped the item.  That is good.  That means there is something on the tracking.  You need to look at the tracking to see where the item is.

No your claim will NOT close on the 26th.  As I stated, that was the date they told you that you had to ship the item back and if you didn't, they could close the case.  That date now no longer applies since you did ship the item back.

Now you need to wait for your seller to receive the item and then they should refund you shortly thereafter.  So check the tracking so you know where your package is.
