A seller X is harassing and threatening me with an operation done 6 months ago. The snares were not in the conditions stated in the description of the publication so I opened a case and they were returned to an address that apparently was wrong. I received the refund of what I paid, but I would like to know if the refund was made by ebay or by the seller. Thanks.

And what can be done so this seller doesn't keep contacting me for sothing I don't have not kept, as I'm not a thief nor do I want instruments in terrible conditions as the ones I had received and returned.

If the refund was given right a way then it came from the seller.

Usually, in ebay's message to you regarding the refund it will state if it's a courtesy refund (paid by ebay) or not.

As for the seller, just delete his messages without reading them.
